Is that the introduction of the ImagingSelection resource? That you can reference to a ImagingSelection instead of ImagingStudy from an Observation/DiagnosticReport?

ImagingSelection looks like a DICOM KOS object, and yes, that would be a great addition to what one could do with an ImagingStudy. ImagingSelection will also have a role to play in the FHIR version of XDS-I.

Imaging selection is significantly more that a DICOM KOS though -- it lets you tie specific image regions with findings, and more.
