There are references to http://dicom.nema.org/resources/ontology/DCM and http://nema.org/dicom/dicm. Only the first one resolves

OK - but http://dicom.nema.org/resources/ontology/DCM is the correct also for DSTU2? So we should fix our DSTU2 code ?
