@Brett Marquard How do I make a DAF change request? I'd like to make a change request for Resource.meta.profile to be 1..* and it must declare conformance to the DAF profiles.

Just use the general change request mechanism. One of the choices on the change request is "specification", which you can set to "Data Access Framework"
