Topic: Costs & Savings

Hello All,
would you please advise on how to store such information as Total Cost Savings (how much money have been saved for a patient due to use of our Care Management System) and Anticipated Future Costs (how much the planned treatment is going to cost to the patient). We need to bind these sums to a patient or their episode of care somehow.
Our Care Management System is neither the provider of these services, nor the insurer. It's a third party aimed to save money for a patient and insurer by avoiding expensive ER visits or using an alternative medication. I've looked at the Claim resource. I thought it might work for us if there was an ability to mark such a claim as never happened as this service was not provided to a patient (e.g. the service was possible to be necessary but the patient managed to avoid it).
Example of data:

@Aleksandra Pavlyshina Not a currently covered, or ever raised to my knowledge, use case. I will raise on the FM conference call next week. We may need you to attend a call to explain - are you coming to the May HL7 meeting in Cologne?
Aleksandra Pavlyshina (Apr 08 2018 at 19:55):
@Paul Knapp Thank you, Paul. No, unfortunately I'm not.
