I'm trying to get my (primarily test results) data from MyChart to HealthKit, my providers haven't enabled FHIR support but I can get a Lucy XML export. Would it be feasible to create a FHIR document from Lucy XML for this purpose? I'm surprised I haven't seen anything yet TBH if so…

It's a CDA in an XDM zip file.

You can look at the #cda to fhir stream for the guidance that exists for conversion. There's relatively comprehensive mappings available for C-CDA, though even then, there are pieces that won't necessarily convert cleanly
