Hi, I have a bunch of StructureDefinitions I'd like to convert from DSTU2 to STU3, in the upcoming weeks. What would be the easiest way to achieve this? Is there perhaps an XSLT to do this, or is my best bet to use the org.hl7.fhir.convertors.VersionConvertor_10_20 mentioned here. The latter seems a bit more of a hassle as there is no Gradle/Maven project (yet).

the next release of HAPI is expected to include that code in the HAPI stuff - that's how we do the Maven releases. @James Agnew may be able to comment about when
