GF#10709 says that consent actor role should be aligned with Audit Actor Role - that would appear to be http://build.fhir.org/valueset-dicm-402-roleid.html which hardly seems appropriate. @John Moehrke @David Pyke @Suzanne Gonzales-Webb can any of you comment?

while here, task GF#11070 proposes to change the valueset for consent category to a provided value set. The provided value set claims to be ActConsentType, but is different to http://build.fhir.org/v3/ActConsentType/vs.html

@Grahame Grieve We have a couple of CR that need vocabulary work. @Ewout Kramer is attempting to help, but getting the source for the improved vocabulary seems to be a struggle. First we need to apply GF#9042, GF#9043, GF#9052. All three have been shown to committee in a gotomeeting where vote was taken, but we don't yet have the details from that member. As you can see from the age of these CR, this is a longstanding problem...
