Our company is creating a data lake for insurance companies in Asia region.
What all things need to take care for compiling to FHIR.
We also have medical data how should be stored so exchange can be done easily.
There are any data hub of patients medical history or with whom be exchange these details.

There isn't a single right answer to your questions. Most appropriate storage depends on what you want to do with the lake. If you're interested in using FHIR as a persistence model, you can check out the #storage for FHIR stream and read the discussion there.
