Connectathon streams vary. Many happen under #connectathon mgmt, however others happen in stream-related tracks (e.g. #genomics, #questionnaire, etc.) The track description should indicate where conversation will happen. If not, poke the track coordinator and get them to tell you (and update the track description). Use of Zulip during the WGM varies. FHIR-Infrastructures uses #fhir/infrastructure-wg. Some other work groups may have some discussion here, others might use http://chat.hl7.org (which is not FHIR-specific) and some won't use Zulip at all.
