Condition.clinicalStatus is of type "Code" with a binding strength of "preferred". If this was profiled to a different set of value where would the codeSystem go?

@Richard Kavanagh Yes, it's a known issue. The spec has grown too large and the migration process to push it to build.fhir.org is timing out. We're working on it.
