What do you mean by 'external file'? ConceptMaps are resources like any other - you can serialize them as JSON, XML or TTL.

i mean , i have 10000 lines of rules in csv files, i need import those rules into concept map , is it possible to do that ?

Depends on the rules. :smile: You'd have to map the CSV columns to Concept data elements and see how good the fit is, then write your own conversion process to turn the custom CSV syntax into a formal ConceptMap instance (or set of instances?)
