from http://terminology.hl7.org/ValueSet/v3-EntityNameUse to a concept from https://www.hl7.org/fhir/valueset-name-use.html. Would the V3 code L map to
usual Usual Known as/conventional/the one you normally use?

I think so, while OR would map to 'official'. The name of the v3 code is a bit misaligned with its definition.
