Hey all,
this is for sure super trivial but I'm trying to $translate a SNOMED code to ICD10 (or vice-versa). I have uploaded the release files for both with success, what else do I need? Do I need to produce a Concept Map for all concepts?

Yes. You can't translate without having a ConceptMap for the respective value sets.

I know there's been work done on mappings, but I don't know if there are any that are publicly available. You might ask on the #terminology stream
