What if I want to write a document about, say, multiple people, or multiple drug products? I have the latter requirement, since a single drug patient SmPC is often written about multiple authorised products, at the data level.

Group only allows a certain set of resources. I had thought of List, which allows any. Group also seems to imply a group of real world things that are being monitored, cared for etc., whereas List is perhaps more administrative. But I'd be interested to know if subject 0..* has been considered.
