I am trying to figure out what resource to use as a definition to a document (progress note, discharge assessment, intake assessment). I know composition would be used to house these notes but where can i define the structure of how these documents will be filled out. Would an activityDefinition be used here? (i'm defining how a document will be filled out) Or should i use a custom resource?
