The description for CodeSystem.url says, "SHOULD be a literal address at which at which an authoritative instance of this code system is (or will be) published". If you fetch the resource from that literal address, which version of FHIR should you expect for the returned resource?

In theory, you can request a specific version using the 'Accept' header and standard content negotiation

I suppose the CodeSystem could also indicate which version it is using meta.profile. (https://www.hl7.org/fhir/versioning.html#mp-version)
