I am using ValueSet http://hl7.org/fhir/ValueSet/jurisdiction that includes codes from urn:iso:std:iso:3166. On vonk I get the error "Cannot resolve canonical reference 'urn:iso:std:iso:3166' to CodeSystem". Where can I find a xml file of the CodeSystem urn:iso:std:iso:3166 that I can load to vonk? Or do I have to create an own CodeSystem myself (http://hl7.org/fhir/2018May/iso3166.html)?

See http://hl7.org/fhir/2018May/iso3166.html#4.2.12.3 - this is a rights issue. So you'd have to approach ISO (and pay) to get hold of the code system.
