I need to represent Medi-Span's dispensable drug id (DDID) can I just use https://www.wolterskluwercdi.com/? Are there additional steps that need to be taken besides including this in the capability statement?

In general, the owner of a code system gets to determine its URI, and https://www.wolterskluwercdi.com/ does not look like a very good URI for that code system.

Agree with Michael about the suggested url and asking the question on terminology. It would be good to get a url from Wolters Kluwer, if possible. But, if not, we can assign one.
