https://build.fhir.org/branches/R4B/codesystem-FHIR-version.html removes 4.0.1 and replaces it with 4.1.0.
I assume that should be additive instead, with values like:
4.0.0 FHIR Release 4 (Normative + STU).
4.0.1 FHIR Release 4 Technical Correction.
4.1.0 FHIR Release 4B Ballot #1.
4.3.0 FHIR Release 4B (Normative + STU).
