This is a bit of a pedant question but I ran into a bug due to this: are there any thoughts on whether two Coding values are equivalent if the code system URL differs only in the trailing slash? fhir-net-api's Coding.Matches() returns false in that case.

URLs are expected to match as a case-insensitive string. So trailing slashes, http vs https are all significant
