A Service Request has a requester. However, in some cases additional people need to approve of a request for a patient, before the Service Request can be executed. A GP needs the approval of an official wheelchair technician for a particular type of wheelchair for a patient, and then a wheelchair provider can deliver the wheelchair. How can we accommodate for these extra approvers and their role in a Service Request?
