Hi all,
When we are writing a Clinical Impression for a patient. For example patient is suffering with cough, doctor will perform some tests based on that he will decide the disease. What are the possible diagnosis? we want to capture differential diagnosis because we are not sure what would be the problem? how do I capture those possible diagnosis which means differential diagnosis. How we add them as a problem?
Can anyone suggest me??

Hey @rekha ,
if I'm correct, you model it as a condition with the the verificationStatus being "differential". In the ClinicalImpression you add a reference to that condition in "problem". Or did I get anything wrong?
