Has anyone built a system using FHIR where clinical triage is performed by presenting a user with a series of questions (one at a time), the response to the question decides the next question?
I know this can be done as one long "questionnaire" but it is the question by question approach I am looking for...

I don't think it would be specifically fhir, but you can have a branching question tree which then feeds back into it?
