I'd like to suggest a track for next connectathon focused around Questionnaire, and it's use for clinical forms

- authoring a questionnaire
- repository for questionnaire
- UI to get a user to fill the questionnaire in
- bonus points: using CDS-hooks to check questionnaire with expert system as it is answered
- storing QuestionnaireResponse

- populating a QuestionnaireResponse from EHR data based on guidance in the Questionnaire
- generating a Bundle of resources from a QuesitonnaireResponse based on guidance in the Questionnaire

I think eventually everything is a candidate for the integration track. But not everything needs to be in the integration track at each event. Filling out forms is a regular occurrence in the health system though, which is why it makes sense (to me) as a candidate for early inclusion. But, it depends on what else will be there.
