When you get to fhir.cerner.com, did you go to Support and join the Google Group? That would be the place to explore. @Jenni Syed would be able to provide further guidance if the above does not work.

@Ann K Chou I recommend accessing the google group (the Support link from the doc that Hans mentioned) directly rather than via email. There is a welcome page on the google group web view that has helpful links and rules that need to be followed before posting. You can also search to see if someone has had the same issue you may be having and fixed it previously.

Hi @Hans Buitendijk I did not see the Support -> Google Group before you and jenni mentioned it. I now joined the google group.
