Topic: CapabilityStatement STU3 -> STU2 Mapping has Extra Field

It appears the mapping for CapabilityStatement from STU3 to STU2 references conditionalRead, but conditionalRead on STU2 (aka Conformance) does not have this field.
Is this expected in the mapping, or is the mapping incorrect?
