How would I specify support of a transaction bundle in a capability statement? I would expect it to be a child of the resource but the best I can do is to include a Bundle resource and a completely separate interaction element (outside of the resource) with code=transaction. That doesn't make sense as it suggests it applies to all resources, but a transaction Patient doesn't make too much sense.

Operation hangs directly off rest as well as off rest.resource. Use the former.
