Could you please help me to get the database schema for building a CDR (Clinical data repository) using hl7 protocol, or provide me with the hl7 schema as I found here [http://hl7.org/fhir/] the schema of each entity (allergy, problems, medications…) separately, not the whole schema that gather all entities with their relationships. so anyone can help??

we do not publish an E-R schema, or a DDL. We have a research project to generate something cross platform, but it's far from ready for use
