Hi all (and especially @Rick Geimer and @Alexander Henket ). Does anyone know of any already existing great XSL's for rendering Structured Form Definition Document/Questionnaire Form Definition Documents (QFDD) and/or Questionnaire Response Document (QRD)?

I'm not sure XSL is a great choice for the complexity of that. In any case we are looking more towards this: http://lhncbc.github.io/lforms/

O wait hang on... I was thrown off guard: this is actually CDA... I'm unaware of anything other than one the generic stylesheets out there like: https://github.com/HL7/cda-core-xsl

no, we have in switzerland just a basic transformation, but has never been updated and is not working with browsers anymore (https://github.com/hl7ch/hl7ch-cda/tree/master/stylesheets/HL7.ch/CDA-CH/v2.0)
