When converting a c-cda to fhir, what resource/profile should be used to capture entries in the Interventions section? Thanks!

I did look at the IG. Specifically, looking here: https://build.fhir.org/ig/HL7/ccda-on-fhir-r4/StructureDefinition-Continuity-of-Care-Document.html
I do not see any mention of Interventions...

When it comes to implementation guides, the CI build is not always the latest. The officially published IG is at http://hl7.org/fhir/us/ccda/index.html, but I am not sure that it will help with the original question.
