Topic: Bunle Transaction with Prefer header

@Grahame Grieve I tried to post a Bundle Transaction in your server (r3) with Prefer header return = minimal. I am only receiving 200 in the status code return w/o any payload .. I thought in this scenario, the server will return a Budle with only populating the Bundle.entry.response with status code 201..any comment/suggestion

Thanks @Grahame Grieve . In the spec section "2.21.0.5.2 create/update/patch/transaction" I noticed server returns "Bundle with just the Bundle.entry.response" so thought of verifying what will be the behaviour in this particular case.
