Hello implementers! Working through FHIR#27787 and the consensus was that Bundle.link.relation was supposed to have a required binding to the IANA Link-Relations set.
Given that this is normative content, we are reaching out to the community to see if anyone would have an issue with adding the binding to the field as a clarification (e.g., is anyone using any values outside of that set)?

Will this be a binding to the full IANA set or are you considering a limited valueset?

The intention is the full set listed - with a note that the set changes (e.g., there is a process for adding new elements to that registry).
