Hello,

I am Ramandeep from Northern health Authority and I will be building profiles for our clinical project. We want our profile pages to look like FHIR's (example link shown below).
http://www.hl7.org/fhir/us/core/StructureDefinition-us-core-allergyintolerance.html
I am wondering what are the possible options available to achieve this?

I am very new to this, so any kind of assistance is appreciated.

Thank you

Welcome to the community :) The source for US Core can be found here: https://github.com/HL7/US-Core-R4. We're in the process of adjusting the tooling to make it easier to use, but that's what we have right now

Hi @Ramandeep Dhanoa, if you publish your profiles to Simplifier, the platform will render your profiles, similar to the HL7 FHIR spec. Simplifier also provides a user-friendly online Implementation Guide editor with integrated profile rendering. For example:
https://simplifier.net/guide/Basisprofilerno-basis/no-basis-Patient

Thanks @Lloyd McKenzie So I am just wondering once we are ready with Profiles, what are the steps required from our side to host this on HL7 website?

To host it under hl7.org, there are three possibilities - you can ballot it through HL7, you can have your local HL7 affiliate ask to have it hosted there or you can do it through fhir.org (though you need to be a member).

@Lloyd McKenzie Do you guys have any documentation around these steps?

There's tonnes of documentation around balloting, but really you just need to do the first step which is to find a work group that wants to sponsor your implementation guide. You can see a list of work groups on the HL7 home page by clicking on "resources". If you're going through an affiliate, your affiliate will have processes. When they get to the point where they're ready to publish, they should send an email to fmgcontact@hl7.org. If you want to do it through fhir.org, reach out to @Grahame Grieve
