Like Postman or other software like these does, you could try to communicate with an API, thanks to querys, and this software could allow you to save those querys.
I'm using for Example SOAPUI, or Softerra LDAP Browser, or Postman, to test some querys to some API.
If you know such an online tool i'm also interested, but as far as i saw, it is only possible to test one query, but you cannot save it.
I don't know if I made myself clear.
And also, sorry for my english, i try to do my best ;)

Postman works - in the end FHIR content is XML or JSON, and Postman handles both fine
