After discussion of the GF#11119 tracker item here on Zulip and at the HL7 Work Group Meeting be prepared for a breaking change coming in STU3: DiagnosticRequest is being merged into ProcedureRequest. That means the request for a labs and bloods panels and surgical procedures and medical treatments will use the ProcedureRequest resource.
