Dear; we are modeling information about historical born with information about the mother and all her births; The DATA is : ID Mother, ID (son or daughter); Brith Date; kind of childbirth; professional of procedure; location; gestation weeks; weight;size; son lives; son death.
My first option is use PROCEDURE resource to model this date.

It's not going to be that simple. The procedure can capture the actual birth procedure stuff - who, when, where, type. However gestation, weight, size, etc. will all be separate observations. You can group the data for each pregnancy using EpisodeOfCare if you wish
