Topic: Binary excluded from patient compartment

We say "The following resources may not be in this compartment", and this list includes Binary. For a Binary with a securityContext pointing to the patient, it feels like to some extent the Binary does "belong" in the compartment. Anyone remember the reason for excluding it?

I think it's a tooling issue driven by the fact Binary doesn't have a 'patient' search parameter
