Hi,
How can we represent order/service level billing information such as when to charge, type of charge in FHIR? In HL7, BLG segment is used to provide billing information, on the ordered service, to the filling application. As this information seems to be specific to a order, how we can represent and reference it in a ServiceRequest/MedicationRequest/SupplyRequest/NutrionOrder?

I believe ChargeDefinition is the intended resource, though be aware it's low maturity
