I am a relative newcomer to FHIR, working on ETL of clinical data from an EHR in CSV format to FHIR.
I am looking for best practices from folks who have done this before. It would be very useful to understand how to approach decisions around identity management, using profiles appropriately, etc. Any thoughts or experiences to share?

I don't know about best practice, but we often use jq for generating terminology-related resources

is there an example to look at somewhere? Sounds nice to use liquid for simple transformations.
