If an IG contains CodseSystems/ValueSets created for this IG what is the best practice for the content of <copyright> <publisher> in these ValueSets/Codesystems?
HL7 (WG_Name) ?

The core datatype definitions all include common publisher and contact (no copyright):

        <publisher value="HL7 FHIR Standard" />
        <contact>
          <telecom>
