We're considering migrating to FHIR standards for our data, but a lot of our resources don't conform to existing or even extended FHIR Resources. I found this page: http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=FHIR_Custom_Resources but it isn't very clear on how to actually implement custom resources. Am I missing something?

So far, the decision of the community has been to not support custom resources. If you have content that doesn't fit into FHIR, please share where things aren't fitting well and we can take that as feedback to the spec and/or give some guidance as to how to fit your requirements into what exists.
