Hello,
I've trying to find out if FHIR Subscriptions are supported by Azure FHIR API and how this is done but I could not find anything. I found a blog here https://cloudblogs.microsoft.com/opensource/2020/01/07/fhir-subscriptions-state-changes/ from 2020 but nothing else.
Is there any documentation about this? Is it supported already?
