Hey, I'm needing to create a list of practitioners that a given patient can send messages to for a communications app. Would using the list resource be the best approach for this or should I be looking into something like adding an operation?

Although focused on provider facing applications, the Argonaut Patient List project may address your use case if these lists are system generated.
