The only attributes common to all resources are on Resource. Beyond that, there are patterns used for Request, Event and Definition resources as well as for the infrastructure resources that result in many of them sharing attributes. And we try to encourage consistency of naming across other similar resources (e.g. Patient/Practitioner/Person/RelatedPerson), but there are no attributes share across all resources except for id, meta, implicitRules and language.
