Hello implementers
Have you any experience returning 202 as http Status Code for some requests with hapifhir?
I have some use cases, where I need to work asynchronous.
Neither in the JavaDocs nor in the hapifhir documentation I could not find this point.
Hl7 FHIR documents the support for asynchronous communication in R4

This is not yet supported in HAPI FHIR sadly.
Happy to work with anyone that wanted to take a shot at implementing it though.
