Topic: Appointment.status for patients who left

I'm wondering if anyone has a good Appointment.status to use for patients who left before an appointment was over. I am currently using "checked-in", but that doesn't seem entirely true for this use case. Does anyone have any thoughts?

It's not clear whether cancelled is intended to cover "cancelled before anyone arrived" vs. "terminated before completion but after arrival". In most resources, we differentiate cancelled from stopped
