Hi,
We have set of prescreening Questions with yes and no type, Hence i wanted to use the Questionnaire and questionnaire response Resource, Few EHR Vendors still in BEta version for Questionnaire Reponse.
What can we use instead of the questionnaire response.

You can choose to map the answers to other FHIR resources before transferring them (often, that would be Observation resources). For instance, if one yes/no questions is "Do you smoke?", you can map that to an Observation resource capturing the smoking status.
