I noticed in the proposal for http://wiki.hl7.org/index.php?title=AdverseEvent_FHIR_Resource_Proposal that in the wiki it states Does the concept of sentinel event need to be included? Can system triggers for alerts be addressed in the resource? Is this something that has been solved yet and or discussed? I'm looking at how to make a SentinelEvent but am not sure how to identify it as sentinel
