ACO Accountable Care Organizations
Hi there, we at Fresenius offer ESCOs (ESRD Seamless Care Organizations). These are local agreements, at the state or region level. We operate across the US. We may have ESCO-1 in New Jersey and New York, and ESCO-2 in Maine and New Hampshire. Patients that go to clinics in those states are not automatically enrolled in these programs. How would one translate an ESCO, or ACO, to one of the FHIR resources?
