When I navigate to http://tx.fhir.org/r4, I get the following error:

Seems like tx.fhir.org is down. getting ERR_CONNECTION_TIMED_OUT in the browser and Failed to connect to tx.fhir.org port 80: Operation timed out from the publisher.
